We operate mainly around Norheimsund, Øystese and the Fyksesund area, where fjord meets mountains, and each trail offers a fresh perspective on Hardanger’s dramatic landscapes:

1. What types of hikes do you offer?
We offer scenic, viewpoint, and summit hikes — from easy family trails to challenging mountain routes around Norheimsund and Øystese. Most of the hikes a private experiences.
2. Who can join the hikes?
Everyone! Viewpoint hikes suit beginners and families, while summit and longer hikes fit experienced hikers with good fitness.
3. What’s included in the tours?
A private local guide, snacks or hot drinks.
4. What should I bring?
Hiking boots, layered clothing, water, and a small backpack. Bring rain gear and packed lunch for longer hikes.
5. When is the hiking season?
From May to October, depending on snow and weather conditions.
6. How long are the hikes?
Easy hikes: about 2–3 hours and 4-6 kilometers hiking
Summit hikes: about 4–5 hours and 8-12 kilometers hiking
Longer hikes: about 7–10 hours and 15-20 kilometers hiking
7. Where do we meet?
Usually at Thon Hotel Sandven in Norheimsund or Hardangerfjord Hotel in Øystese, depending on the chosen tour and route.
