1. Is ski touring suitable for beginners?
Yes and no! You need to have intermediate alpine skiing skills pluss a decent fitness, but you don't need to have done it before.
2. How long are the tours?
The tours are private and the route/length will be set to fit the group. Typically 4-6 hours and up to 1000-1350 m.a.s.l.
3. Do I need own skis?
You can rent randonnè touring ski package (new beginner to intermediate level) and avalanche equipment — limited availability so book in advance.
4. When is the season?
Typically February to late April, depending on snow cover.
5. What if weather/snow is bad?
We always try find a safe option, but if the tours are cancelled due to safety you will get a full refund.
