Guided ski touring to Mt. Oksen

Participant Information

  • Capacity: 6–8 people per guide, with a maximum of 16 participants for the event.
  • Age Limit: 15 years and above.
  • Requirements: Participants should be skilled in alpine skiing, physically fit for long mountain hikes, and equipped with randonnée skis, telemark skis, or a splitboard. Helmets and avalanche equipment are mandatory.


Preliminary Program

  • Thursday: Arrive at Hardanger House from 4 PM. Relax and take in the fjord views or perhaps enjoy a refreshing spring dip at the local beach. In the evening, gather for a two-course dinner followed by an information session with the weekend's guides.
  • Friday and Saturday: After a hearty breakfast and preparing your packed lunch, depart at 9 AM for a full day of ski touring, returning in the afternoon with time to unwind before dinner.
  • Sunday: Embark on a shorter ski tour, allowing for a relaxed departure in the afternoon.
