Yes. The boat is reserved exclusively for your group (up to 12 guests per boat). Multiple boats can be arranged on request.

Duration is 105 minutes. Price is NOK 16,500 per private boat (up to 12 guests).

Where does the tour depart from?

Accepted Answer

Departure is from Jondal harbour (near the Hardanger House area). Please arrive 15 minutes before departure.

What will we experience on the Fjord safari?

Accepted Answer

You’ll cruise from Jondal into the Fyksesund fjord branch with steep mountainsides, seasonal waterfalls, photo stops and local storytelling, with possible views towards Botnen when conditions allow.

What is included and what should we wear?

Accepted Answer

We provide insulated flotation suits, life jackets, goggles, gloves and hats. Wear warm layers and warm, windproof footwear. Bring a neck warmer; sunglasses on sunny days.

Is the tour suitable for children?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Minimum age is 4 years. Children must be able to sit securely and follow the captain’s instructions.

Is it suitable during pregnancy or with back/neck issues?

Accepted Answer

RIB rides can be bumpy. The tour is not recommended during pregnancy and not recommended for guests with back or neck problems.
