Important considerations:
This hike is best suited for individuals in good physical shape. Due to the terrain, it is not recommended for those with balance issues, knee problems, or poor physical conditioning.

Point of meeting with the guides can either be:
- Hardangerfjord Hotel in Øystese or
- Thon Hotel Sandven in Norheimsund
Transport & parking:
- Public transport: Conveniently accessible by taking Bus 925 from either Bergen or Voss, a scenic journey of approximately 90 minutes.
- Parking: Free parking is available at the meeting point and trailhead.
